I haven't really posted a decent entry about what's going on in my life right now. Let's just say that I've been busy. 

I had Monday night off from work.

Monday was spent running errands and paying bills.  After going to 5 banks and to the PLDT Office in Makati, I headed to the Glorietta/Greenbelt Area to check out a new microwave oven.  I was supposed to go to my sister's house in Binangonan but she cancelled last minute.  So I decided to just go home-shopping.

While walking along the pedestrian walkway that connects Landmark and Greenbelt, I bumped into someone who looked very familiar.  

I was a bit hesitant to say hi as I was not sure if that person was really her.  As far as I knew, Lala was in Davao and that this lady was so un-Lala.  She was all dressed up and looked very radiant.  Not that Lala does not dress up and does not look radiant on an ordinary day, but that she was a completely different Lala that day.

We both were so surprised that we just hugged and were screaming amidst all the people.  Kebs na sa ibang tao diba? I postponed my other errands to a later time so I could catch up with her. It was great seeing her again and talking about our lives.  Time was not on our side as she had to go back to her Tita's home and I had a lot of things left to do.  

After dropping her off at the Landmark Cab Queue, I headed to Park Square with intentions of checking out microwave ovens and then head to Anson thereafter.  But when I got inside, I saw Compex and was reminded that I also wanted needed an external hard disk drive.  I spent all afternoon hopping from one shop to another trying to figure out which HDD was the best value. Bought a Samsung 160GB external HDD (with power supply). While waiting for the HDD I purchased to be brought back to the store (they had it assembled and checked by someone else), I wnet around to buy a gift for our FabPoT Kris Kringle and bought some other stuff for myself. 

I found this cute ash tray with holed snouts. (I'm not sure if this is a cat or a pig, but it's very functional).  I also bought this lovely bell alarm clock which I know would surely wake me up, thanks to the old school bell noise it produces    . Met up with this cute American boy (yes, boy) since he says he was in the general area. After exchanging pleasantries, we walked out of the Parkway and bade each other goodbye.  I headed home, excited to download Porn complete seasons of Prison Break (2), ANTM, and Project Runway. When I got home, I got so disappointed upon finding out that the power cord for the HDD was not there.  I couldn't fuckin use the goddamn thing because of the stupidity of that girl in that store.

♣ changed clothes
♣ headed back to Park Square
♣ had Toffee Nut Frapuccino @Starbucks Glorietta 2 beside LukYuen
♣ had Peppermint Mocha Frapuccino  (For more stickers!!!) @ Starbucks 6750 (while waiting for Pogi)
♣ Late night dinner with Pogi @ Fez - Serendra
♣ Got home around 2am, moved my documents, photos, porn, videos, etc. to the new drive.
♣ slept. 

awake for 26 hours.


And about that microwave, I haven't bought one yet. Maybe later today.
